If you would like to request a vehicle crossover please submit the form below.
We will assess the request and contact you within ten working days to discuss whether the application can proceed.
There is a £75 non-refundable fee for this application.
If the application is successful the specification for the works and the licence will be sent to you by post.
If the application is unsuccessful you will be informed of the reasons why.
Please be aware that the following circumstances will require a planning application:
- any property located on a principal route including Kings Drive, Seaside Road, St Anthony’s Avenue, Whitley Road, Lewes Road, Upperton Road, Willingdon Road, The Goffs, The Avenue and Victoria Drive,
- any property that is a multiple occupancy dwelling (flats), and
- any property that is a business.
To qualify for a vehicle access you must also have a minimum 4.5m depth hardstanding area.
