Related Pages

If you meet the eligibility requirements you can download a National Bus Pass application form below. This needs to be completed and returned in person to our offices at 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne. You will need to  bring the following with you:

  • One passport-sized photo (head and shoulders, excluding hats or dark glasses).

  • Evidence of residency within Eastbourne, e.g. utility bill, council tax bill.

  • Proof of pensionable age (60 or over) or disability.

Companion Passes

If your disability means that you cannot use public transport without the assistance of a companion you may be entitled to a special 'Companion Pass'.

If you are given a Companion Plus Pass this will provide free off-peak travel for a companion to travel with you, but only in the Eastbourne area.  Companions may be charged for transport outside of the Eastbourne area as there is no national concession for this.
