Blue badge holders can park free in all Eastbourne Borough Council off-street car parks apart from Hyde Gardens.

Langney Point, Princes Park (Fort Fun), Fishermen's (East & West) and Redoubt (Treasure Island)

Charging period is between 8am and 6pm. Charges are applicable every day including bank holidays.

Up to 4 hours £3.30

Over 4 hours £4.80

Seafront Parking Permits

Permit is valid for 12 months.  The cost of the permit is £40.

Hyde Gardens (Town Centre)

Maximum stay is 2 hours. No return within 1 hour. Monday - Saturday including bank holidays.

Blue badge holders can not park free of charge in this Off-Street car park, unless the vehicle displays both a disabled parking badge and an exempt from payment Vehicle Excise Licence (Road Tax Disc) issued under the appropriate Governmental Department Scheme.  The car park signage advises drivers of these arrangements.

Parking at the above areas is free to Eastbourne residents who clearly display their Residents Leisure Card in their windscreens.

Downland Parking Permits

For non-residents an annual permit costs £10 (payable by direct debit only) and can be used in any of the Downland parking areas.  The permit is valid for 12 months.
