The Community Enforcement Team work together with the community to keep Eastbourne free from graffiti.
The Council will remove graffiti from property which belongs to them, and are able to offer advice if your own property suffers with graffiti. We can offer advice, and the Community Enforcement team will remove it in some circumstances.
The Community Enforcement Team can take action against those responsible for graffiti, by issuing a Fixed Penalty Notice or Prosecution. We can also order owners of a property to remove any graffiti and issue fines to owners who refuse to do so.
You can report graffiti using the East Sussex fault reporting service.
