Fly posting is where posters and fliers are put on property without permission.
Eastbourne Borough Council's Community Enforcement Team can issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) for fly-posting. We do this under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Environmental Protection Act 1990.
