Fly Posting

Fly posting is where posters and fliers are put on property without permission.

Under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 and Environmental Protection Act 1990

Eastbourne Borough Councils Community Enforcement Team can issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) for Fly-Posting.
