If you find a dead animal or bird by a road or in the street please report it to us on 01323 410000.
Pets that are found dead are taken to Chase Veterinary Centre, 357 Seaside, Eastbourne where they are kept for a short while. If you have lost a pet, please contact Chase directly on 01323 412 673.
Our waste contractor is unable to remove dead animals or birds that are in inaccessible or dangerous places such as roofs and guttering. If you find an animal or bird in such a place, please contact Environmental Health for further advice.
