Abandoned Cars

Over 500 abandoned vehicles are removed in Eastbourne every year.

For a vehicle to be considered abandoned it must:

• be untaxed
• on the road
• not be on private property
• not have moved for at least two weeks

If you believe a vehicle to be abandoned you can report it online.

If a vehicle is taxed and not causing any obstructions there is unfortunately nothing we can do.
