Please note: a planning application cannot be progressed until all the necessary supporting information and the appropriate fee is received.
Before submitting your online application please make sure you have read the appropriate validation checklist for the project, below.
You should also read the Planning Authority standards for file, drawing, photo and document sizes, names and notations when making a planning application online. If you prefer to apply by email or by post you can download the appropriate application form from the planning portal website.
Any application which involves a listed building, scheduled monument or falls within a conservation area or an archaeological notification area will be required to submit a completed Heritage Statement as below.
