Big Bad Mouse
A brand new production of the classic 1970s farce starring legendary comedy duo Cannon and Ball. In the offices of Chunkibix Ltd it is Mr Price-Hargreaves who gives the orders and Mr Bloome who obeys them. Until, that is, Mr Bloome is accused of chasing a young female person across Wandsworth Common making him the hero of every woman in the office, not least Miss Spencer. So glorious is Bloome's transformation, in fact, that when the young person in question discovers she made a mistake in her identification, Bloome is determined to keep her quiet. Tommy Cannon stars as Mr Price-Hargreaves with Bobby Ball playing the eponymous mouse Bloome and Allo, Allo’s Sue Hodge as Lady Cheapsake. Refereed by Paul Elliott, who produced the world premiere back in 1970, Big Bad Mouse is full of ad-libbing and anarchic fun. And with no two shows the same, this will certainly be one of the best comedies you ever see!

Come On, Jeeves
What spiffing fun! Victor Spinetti and well loved British star Anita Harris lead the cast in a new production of the wonderfully funny comedy by P.G Wodehouse. Whilst Bertie Wooster is out of town, his gentleman's gentleman, the inimitable Jeeves, is on loan to the Earl of Towcaster. The Earl, known as Bill, has been losing heavily on the gee gees, so decides to become a bookie in the guise of Honest Patch Perkins, but it doesn't quite go to plan! With an unpaid bet, a furious punter on his heels, a loud, wealthy, widowed American clairvoyant wanting to buy his crumbling mansion and his fiancée and his family asking awkward questions, this could be a challenging day for Bill, which only Jeeves can sort out in his usual impeccable style. The cast also features Judy Buxton (On the Up), Derren Nesbitt (Where Eagles Dare), Myfanwy Waring (The Bill), James Cawood and as Jeeves, Richard Pocock (Who played the wonderfully wicked witch in the Eastbourne pantomime Sleeping Beauty).

Run For Your Wife
Coming to the Devonshire Park as part of a national tour is Ray Cooney's hilarious farce Run For Your Wife. John Smith is a London cabbie with his own taxi, a wife in Streatham, a wife in Wimbledon-and a knife-edge schedule. By strict adherence to this schedule, he has been a successful, if tired, bigamist for three years, but one day, gallantly intervening in a mugging, he is taken to hospital with mild concussion. In the ensuing complications John tries bravely to cope with a succession of well-meaning but prying policemen, the press, two increasingly irate wives and a very gay neighbour, until he manfully confesses the truth-but no one believes him! An all star cast includes Melvyn Hayes (It Ain't Half Hot Mum) he is joined by Mark Wingett, recognisable from his roles in Quadrophenia and Breaking Glass and as The Bill’s PC Carver plus Paul Henry (Crossroads), Barry Howard (Hi-De-Hi!), Michelle Morris (The Knock), West End star Tiffany Graves and David Callister. "a frolic? It's much more than that, it is a triumph" The Daily Telegraph

Copacabana
Following their productions of Fame and Fame Forever last year, The Rattonians present a musical packed full of fun, froth and feathers! And few musicals can deliver these on such a grand scale. Copacabana is the ‘feel great’ musical! With Barry Manilow’s musical magic, the show uses the classic ingredients of boy-meets-girl, boy-loses-girl, and boy-finds-girl-again, mixed with the story of the young hopeful who becomes a star. Boasting what many consider to be the best score for a musical, the show uses the Manilow hit song Copacabana as the basis for a high-octane journey from the present day to 1947 and back. Along the way, numbers such as Who Needs To Dream, This Can’t Be Real, Sweet Heaven, Dancing Fool and Ay Caramba will keep the feet tapping and the hearts racing.
