At Hampden Park Sports Centre we have two glass back squash courts which are available during the day on weekdays as well as evenings and weekends.
Whether you want to play weekly with a friend or the odd social game we offer a very competitive rate in our squash courts which were refurbished back in August 2008. Even in the cold winter months we have on court and off court heaters to take the chill off until you are fully warmed up.
Squash Ladder
Our internal squash singles league offers a great social and competitive game of squash regardless of what standard you play at. There are several divisions so you will be sure to get a good game whether you have just started playing or play at club level standard. You may even collect a few trophies too.
Wednesday Whack
Our new midweek morning session will be running every Wednesday during school-term time from 10:30am-1pm. You will get the chance to play a number of different games (singles, doubles, handicap), socialize and meet new people and all for only £2.50 (members), £3.70 (non members).

Club Night
A great social and competitive way to start your weekend. Our Club Night is on the first Friday of every month from 7:40pm-10pm and gives you chance to play various different players and different playing abilities all for only £3.50 (members), £4.70 non members.
Handicap Cup
Hampden Park Sports Centre has a one day annual Handicap Cup tournament. This gives players the opportunity to have close matches regardless of their standard, as each player will be handicapped to their ability.
Racquet Ball
A great work out and popular with ladies, racquet ball is a modified version of squash with a wider racquet and a larger bouncier ball creating longer ralleys. Equipment is available to hire.
Team Squash
We have three teams that play at the centre that all compete in the Eastbourne and District Squash League; All three teams have been formed from our Squash Ladder, Hampden Park Hornets, Dynamos and Blazers. This is great for the sport and the players giving them a great social night of squash while representing the centre.
