Our air-conditioned gym with cardio-vascular equipment, resistance equipment and free weights offers pay-as-you-go or pay monthly usage.
There is no contract or Direct Debit required when joining.
No matter what your reason for working out is, there's a range of equipment provided to suit your needs.
GP Referral Scheme
We now run a Gp Referral Scheme with local doctor surgerys around Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
Were involved to help improve peoples lifestyle supporting them to be more active.
We require the responsible body to contact us to arrange a meeting with our instructor from that point we will begin the 20 session process.
Cost are £55.00 for the scheme with the start up costs being £30, For those with unemployment benefits the rates are reduced to suit your needs costing £30 start up fees and £20 further during to the process.

How Much Does it Cost?
We offer two ways in which you can pay to use our gym below:
-Pay-as-you-go or pay monthly with the following prices:
- £2.40 per session or
- £23.75 per month
These prices are subject to valid membership to the Sports Centre. Please refer to our Membership webpage for more information.
How Do I Join?
All new members have to book an induction with our qualified gym instructor.
The induction costs £3.50 and lasts between 30 minutes to an hour depending on experience.
Our gym inductions are currently available on the following times;
- Tuesday morning GP schemes from 10am.
- Tuesday 6:00pm, 7:15pm & 8.30pm
- Thursdays 6 - 7pm, 7 - 8pm, 8 - 9pm
- Friday afternoons GP referalls only 2pm - 5.30pm
- Saturday afternoons from 4pm.
Current Gym Promotions:
As a new member in Spring 2013 (April - June) signing up to a small yearly membership fee and booking an induction with us to the gym will receive the induction fee free along with 3 free gym sessions.
Please quote 'Gym web offer Spring 2013'Note you do need to have yearly memberships as well as a valid induction card to our gym.
Personal Programmes
Our gym instructor can provide a personal programme so that you can get the maximum benefit from your workout.
Personal Training
Our gym coach can offer all gym users a 1:1 personal training session which can include weight management, general fitness advice and specific training needs.
For the cost as a member of £3.50 you can book our instructor Steve out for an hour slot for all your fitness needs and wishes.
