Join the biggest exercise ball class in the South East and help Spinal Research transform the lives of paralysed people
Previous Years 2010:
BMI Healthcare hospitals in the South East region and the charity Spinal Research have joined together to launch the ‘Big Bounce,’ the first event of its kind that will see up to 700 people simultaneously bouncing and exercising on gym balls at leisure and sports centres across the region.
Everyone taking part will be raising funds for research into possible cures and new treatments for paralysis following spinal cord injury.
The Big Bounce Event will see people exercising for no less than 30 minutes on the ball's strengthening your core stability.
Hampden Park Sports Centre will be one of many centre's in the UK holding this event
Registration fees are to be dealt with through the Big Bounce 2010 website with the link to this page. Fees are £12 per person. Or alternatively you can contact 0800 096 3148
This fee covers the cost of your ‘Get bouncing kit’, which includes a Swiss ball, ‘I bounced for Spinal Research’ t-shirt and finishing medal.
It will then be up to each participant to raise as much as possible for Spinal Research, this can be done by getting friends and family to sponsor you, or by holding your own fundraising events. .
