Junior Gym Sessions

Junior Gym

On a Saturday morning from 11am to 1pm we run a fully supervised gym training session for 14 to 16 year olds. 

We aim to encourage and promote the benefits of healthy eating and exercise in teenagers. Our junior gym sessions offer teenagers the chance to:

  • Learn how to use a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment

  • Build your strength and stamina in fun, safe sessions

  • Receive professional advice and guidance from our qualified gym instructor

So if you're aged between 14 to 16 years old and want to improve your overall general fitness, then why not come along and join in with our Junior Gym Sessions. 

Membership is a requirement for junior gym, student membership is £5.15 a year and then it's only £2.00 per session on Saturdays.

Parent - Partner Programme

In order to allow children aged 14 to 16 years old to use the gym at other times aside from the Saturday morning Junior Gym session we have introduced a new Parent - Partner Programme.

This scheme will allow anyone aged 14 to 16 to use the gym at any time as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 and above), who is a member of the centre and has had an induction.

The Parent - Partner Programme will cost only £2.00 per session plus the adult's admission.
