Aikido
Aikido is a non aggressive martial art based on principles laid out by Morihero Ueshiba. Aikido does not meet force with force , it seeks to redirect and control an aggressors force rather than destroy. Unlike many martial arts the majority of training with a partner, demanding respect for others and a greater sense of self. Techniques are carried out with the use of strikes, locks, throws and restraints.

Karate Jutsu Kai
Karate Jutsu Kai is an established Martial Arts system with international recognition. Founded by the renowned Hanshi Bernard Creton (8th dan), the style strives to provide a system of self defence with traditional values.
Karate Jutsu Kai is an internationally acclaimed style of Karate-do affiliated to the IBK (International Kyokushin Budokai Kan), and NAKMAS (National Association of Karate and Martial Arts Schools).

Freestyle Kempo Jujitsu
Jujitsu is one of the most ancient martial arts in the world. It encompasses a variety of throws, locks, and striking and defensive techniques.

Ma-Seirei-Kai Martial Arts
Ma-Seirei-Kai martial arts class is a mixture of karate, Mauy Thai Kickboxing and Kubudo, a form of weapons training.
