Seafront recycling bins

There are special recycling bins at nine points along the seafront promenades. 

 

You can recycle cans, paper and plastic bottles in these recycling bins. 

 

They are ideal for your drinks cans and bottles and the newspapers and magazines you have been reading in the sunshine!

 

The locations of these bins are:

 

  • The Langney Point Waterworks café

  • Fort Fun

  • Treasure Island

  • The bowling green near the redoubt and Natural Fitness Centre

  • The Pier toilets (lower promenade)

  • The Bandstand (middle promenade)

  • Opposite The Cavendish Hotel (middle promenade)

  • The Lifeboat museum

  • The Holywell Toilets

 

There are also recycling facilities for the following materials in Fisherman's Green Car Park:

 

  • Glass

  • Cans

  • Paper

  • Cardboard

  • Plastic bottles

 

If you are walking along the promenade, Fisherman's Green Car Park is between Treasure Island and the tennis courts.
