Holywell Beach Chalets offer you a safe area close to the sea for you and your family to use as a daytime base.
There are 69 chalets situated at the western end of the promenade, close to the delightful Italian Gardens at Holywell. Licences are offered for a minimum period of 12 months.
The licence fee commencing 01 April 2011 is £2485.12 plus VAT per year for residents within the Eastbourne Borough Council boundary and £2974.48 plus VAT per year for non-residents. The licence fee includes repairs, water and gas.
The chalets are brick built (approximately 240x240cm) and include the following facilities:
- Sink with cold running water
- Gas hob
- Forecourt providing additional sitting space
