Throughout Eastbourne there are numerous recreation grounds. These range in size from quite small local green spaces to larger sites with sport and recreation facilities.
All are open year-round and are free to use on a casual basis. In some the ball court areas, pitches and pavilions can be hired for specific times by league teams and other organisations.
Individual features and facilities are listed on the specific recreation ground pages. Few of the recreation grounds have toilet facilities but are noted where available.
