Eastbourne Borough Council are pleased to offer the opportunity for people to sponsor presentation seats to be sited at various outdoor locations. Areas include many parks, gardens and other open spaces but exclude the seafront The Helen Garden and All Saints Park. The Downland locations are very restricted and there is a waiting list.
The high quality 'Stanford' seats are manufactured from recycled aluminium with 'timberpol' slats produced from seventy percent recycled hardwood sawdust. These are used in the parks and gardens. Several different styles of seat are used on the Downs.
Seats in memory of someone or celebrating a special occasion have a plaque provided.
