Out and About at Christmas
Christmas is often a time of overindulgence. If the weather is good why not take advantage of Eastbourne's fantastic outdoor environment to burn off a few calories. With the seafront, the Downs or any one of our numerous parks all nearby we are spoilt for choice.
For those with children who have just received new bikes for Christmas there are plenty of safe off-road areas for them to learn to cycle. The eastern promenade by Prince William Parade or the surfaced path that circuits Shinewater Park (pictured) are two of the best.
Eastbourne Parks and Gardens staff wish you all a happy, healthy and safe Christmas.
