Towner is firmly committed to extending access for all, including those most disadvantaged within our community. A key vehicle for achieving this is the Towner's Outreach and Inclusion programme, formerly known as Towner on the Town.
This programme which was awarded Beacon Status in 2006, is delivered through a range of partnerships both within Eastbourne and the South East. These include agencies within Criminal and Youth Justice, Health Improvement and Social Inequality.
