If the landlord/managing agent does not resolve the problem within what you would consider to be a reasonable period of time then you should contact our Private Housing Team.
An experienced housing officer will visit your home, carry out an inspection and take the necessary action to resolve the problem. Any action considered may vary from an informal discussion with the landlord/managing agent to legal enforcement action but would always be carried out first in agreement with you.
