HIPs Suspended from May 2010
Please note that Home Information Packs were suspended from 21 May 2010.
This means that homes marketed for sale on or after this date will no longer require a Home Information Pack.
Energy Performance Certificates Still Required
However, a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is still required. Sellers will still be required to commission an EPC, but will not need to have received it, before marketing their property.
