Help and Advice for Retired and Disabled Homeowners
Care and Repair is here to help. We are particularly experienced in helping disabled people adapt their homes to make life easier with specially designed showers, kitchens and stairlifts.
If you want to go ahead with any work we will:

identify the problem and draw up schedules of work

help you secure estimates from reliable contractors

give advice on applications for any grants that may be available and keep in contact with the Grants Office on your behalf

give advice on welfare benefits, and help with your housing costs, that are available from the government
-
give advice on other sources of finance, such as interest only loans from Building Societies
-
arrange to monitor work in progress if required
-
help you cope with any problems which may arise during the work, or after it is completed
Care and Repair will arrange to visit you, and offer you advice, support and assistance which you are free to accept or reject. Various options will be explained to you but, at the end of the day, the decision is yours.
