Ask Us for Help to Apply
If you think you, a friend or a relative may be eligible for a grant, ask us and we will check it out. We have people on hand to help explain what is available and help you to apply - go to Contact Details below.
Owner-occupiers are required to have owned and lived in the dwelling for at least one year before they are eligible for assistance. Tenants with a repairing obligation may make an application so long as the owner of the property has given their consent.
Landlords of licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation in Eastbourne may also be able to get assistance.

Additional types of assistance are also available under the government's national Home Energy Saving Programme, including energy saving discounts for all householders and Warm Front Grants for pensioners and people in low income households.
