This page explains how we can help if you have a disability and your current housing does not meet your needs.
If you are physically disabled we will look at whether or not your current housing can be adapted to meet your needs.
If it cannot and you need to move, you will need to apply to join our Homechoice Scheme.
You need to explain your needs on your Application Form. We will then pass on your details to our Special Housing Needs Officer. He will look for any housing which may be suitable for you.
If you have a learning disability we may be able to find a place for you in a specialist housing scheme, such as those run by Southdown Housing and Carr Gomm.
