Homechoice

HomeChoice is the lettings system for Eastbourne Borough Council.

The aim of the system is to create greater choice in low cost homes for rent in Eastbourne.

Anyone on the Housing Register is able to use Homechoice to choose the home they want to live in.

Homechoice is open to anyone who is eligible for social housing.

Properties advertised through Homechoice are rented through Eastbourne Borough Council or a Housing Association.

When you receive confirmation of your application you will be given details of the type of property that you can bid for.
