This scheme enables you to buy a share in a property that is either newly built or converted by a housing association to offer a modern, energy-efficient home.
These properties will be advertised on the Homemove webpage and in our weekly advertisement in Property Today, a supplement of the Eastbourne Herald which is on sale every Friday.
There is no new build shared ownership available in Eastbourne at the moment, although we do expect there to be a programme in the future.
Other local authorities in the area may have some shared ownership properties and Eastbourne residents may be eligible to apply for these.
Sometimes properties built for shared ownership become available through resale.
