PRG Publicity has been appointed to market the East Sussex Energy Partnership for Eastbourne, Rother, Wealden, and Hastings councils.
This follows the success of PRG's Because You Deserve It! campaign to market Eastbourne Borough Council's Private Housing Assistance.

The Energy Partnership campaign markets grants for loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and renewable technologies such as solar panels, for homeowners and private tenants in East Sussex.
The aim is to maximise take-up of £3 million of government funding from 2008-2011, to improve energy efficiency in homes and lift people out of fuel poverty.
The types of media and outlets used for the campaign advertising specifically target low income families with children under 16 and people aged over 60 in fuel poverty. There is also a seasonal emphasis - thermal insulation in winter, solar panels in spring/summer.

The campaign will include regional PR; advertising outdoors, on buses, and in print; and direct-mailings of postcards and information booklets to precisely targeted neighbourhoods.
