• Free Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation in Eastbourne - in this final year of the government’s CERT programme grants have been extended further and free insulation is available to all Eastbourne residents for a limited period only

Free Winter Home Check Service

A free service from East Sussex County Council (ESCC) offering a full assessment of your home to identify how to keep it warm, small preventative works such as reducing drafts, improving insulation, clearing gutters, lagging pipes and clearing chimneys, or providing additional temporary heating:
