The Eastbourne Housing Management Forum brings together social landlords to talk about housing and neighbourhood management. The Forum meets every 3 months. Membership is open to any Registered Social Landlord or other Housing Association with properties in the Eastbourne Area. The aim is to pool resources and share ideas and good practice.
Meetings in 2007 and 2008 have covered:
- Community safety, anti-social behaviour and the Respect agenda
- Managing the lettings process and policies
- Neighbourhood meetings and events
