Social Care Direct is a new contact centre providing one single point of contact across East Sussex for adult social care services. It provides help for adults who find it difficult to manage daily tasks in the home.
Social Care Direct can:

- take applications so specialist workers can assess what services you may need
- point you to other social care agencies
- put existing customers in touch with their social worker
