Safe Summer Parties and Barbecues
The council's Environmental Health service has produced a leaflet with practical tips on summer parties and barbecues. Make sure food poisoning does not spoil your celebrations while enjoying the outdoors. You can read the advice in this section, or download the leaflet in PDF format below.
There is also a leaflet called Beat the Barbecue Bugs from the Food Standards Agency (FSA). You can download this leaflet in English or in other languages - Bengali, Chinese, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Turkish and Urdu.
