Keeping Food Safe

To help avoid food poisoning you need to make sure the food you make is safe to eat.

It is very important to prepare food safely, to help stop harmful bacteria from spreading and growing.

Cooking food properly will help make sure that any harmful bacteria are killed. Eating food that is not properly cooked could make you ill.

Keeping your kitchen clean is essential to keep food safe. Otherwise bacteria can grow and spread. Find out more in this section.
