The way we live in modern society means a lot of us, especially our kids, have fallen into unhelpful habits. This means all of us need to make small changes to eat well, move more, and live longer.
Nine out of ten children today could grow up with dangerous amounts of fat in their bodies. This can cause life-threatening diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease - so it is important that we do something about it.
Change4Life is a society-wide movement that aims to prevent people from becoming overweight by encouraging them to eat better and move more.
Join up online and you will get lots of helpful information, games, tools, tips and a free welcome pack full of tasty recipes, plus the chance to create your very own Change4Life online character.
