Know Your Limits

Have fun, stay safe - some simple tips to enjoy a good night out:

  • Why not have something to eat before you go out?

  • Try alternating alcohol with water - you will get less dehydrated.

  • Get home safely by using a licensed taxi.

  • If things get romantic - remember: no condom, no sex!
