Local Campaigns in East Sussex
Have Fun, Stay Safe is a local campaign supported by the council, run by the East Sussex Safer Communities Partnership.
The campaign is aimed at young people enjoying a night out at local pubs and clubs.
The campaign partners include the council, the Healthy Eastbourne Board and Eastbourne Crime Reduction Partnership.

National Awareness Campaigns
Alcohol - Know Your Limits is a national campaign which is run jointly by the NHS, Department of Health and the Home Office.
The current campaign includes the NHS Know Your Units - They All Add Up campaign and the Home Office binge drinking awareness campaign How Does Your Night End? for 18-24 year olds.
Drinkaware is an independent charity running national awareness campaigns.
Drinkaware campaigns include Why Let Good Times Go Bad? for young people.
The DCSF Why Let Drink Decide? campaign website acts as a communication and educational tool for parents and teenagers to discuss alcohol issues.
Have Fun, Stay Safe Materials Archive
The 2009 series of posters for the East Sussex campaign focus on eating before you go out, alternating alcohol with water, getting home safely by using a licensed taxi, and using a condom if you have sex.
