The council runs two weather stations.
Our official Met Office standard weather station equipment is used by the Borough Meteorologist for compiling our formal weather records - find out more in this section.
Our electronic weather station feeds real time weather data live to the council's websites and is provided by the UK Weather Shop in Eastbourne.
It is a Davis Vantage Pro2 and records a wide range of weather data, including wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, UV and more.
