If we missed your wheelie bin collection please call SITA on 01323 720 920.
Alternatively use our online fault reporting system to report a missed bin collection.
Wheelie bins will not be collected if they contain green garden waste, rubble, soil or D.I.Y waste.
Bins also need to be presented in time for the refuse collection (7 am) at the boundary of your property, otherwise they will not be collected.
