We ask you to put your wheelie bins and recycling boxes at the edge of your property by 7am on collection days.
We appreciate that moving wheelie bins and recycling boxes may not be possible for some residents due to age or physical ability.
If you are unable to move your wheelie bin or recycling box please contact us on 01323 415229 to discuss an "assisted collection". This is where your wheelie bin is collected and returned to an agreed spot.
An "assisted collection" will not be provided if there someone living in the property is able to move the bin and box. We may also need you to provide proof of incapacity from your doctor.
This service is reviewed periodically.
An "assisted collection" will not be provided on the basis of a long driveway or the distance to a property boundary, nor will it be provided due to absences from home on collection days.
Alternatively there are products available from other websites to help you move your recycling box.
