We collect your household waste in wheelie bins.
Wheelie bins help us
- to meet government targets on recycling
- to protect our environment, and
- to avoid black sacks being opened by animals which results in rubbish on our streets.
You can request a smaller wheelie bin if your current one is too large for your needs.
These bins are directly loaded onto the refuse collection vehicle for emptying.
You need to present your wheelie bin at the boundary of your property - this should be the boundary with vehicle access, in most cases this will be at the front of your house.
Please put your wheelie bin and recycling box out for collection by 7 am on your day of collection.
