Commercial business rates do not include the disposal of trade or commercial waste.

As a commercial enterprise you must arrange your waste removal with a contractor.

It is the responsibility of traders to dispose of waste in accordance with their Duty of Care.

Businesses have a Duty of Care to ensure that all waste is stored and disposed of responsibly.
