Dust Nuisance Problems

 

We investigate all complaints about dust nuisance and offers advice to those responsible on minimising problems.

 

If advice is not followed and there is sufficient evidence of a nuisance, a formal notice may be serviced requiring abatement measures to be taken. Failure to comply could result in prosecution.
