Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Planning Brief

The Eastbourne Town Centre Regeneration Planning Brief was supplementary to the town centre policies contained in the Eastbourne Borough Plan which supports additional retail development in the town centre along with enhanced transport facilities.

The Planning Brief is to be replaced with a new up-to-date town centre Masterplan in 2009.
