Energy Efficient Development Supplementary Planning Guidance

The Eastbourne Borough Plan (2001-2011) states the objective to “Promote energy efficient means of development and transport.” The Council’s policies developed from this objective recognise the need to encourage developers to make future developments as energy efficient as possible. The following supplementary planning guidance is published in compliance with, and expands on, those polices.
