The council's core planning policies are laid out in the Borough Plan, soon to be replaced by the Local Development Framework. We produce supplementary planning guidance to provide greater information on some of the Borough Plan policies, often in relation to specific sites.
Occasionally, we also produce other guidance to meet specific requirements, again often in relation to specific sites. This section pulls together guidance that is not in the Borough Plan or is not supplementary planning guidance.
