The Council has appointed David Lock Associates to deliver an exciting, visionary and sound Area Action Plan for Eastbourne Town Centre.
The aim is to prepare a number of high quality, ambitious and developable proposals for the Town Centre. This will enable the area to maximise its economic potential and create a thriving and dynamic centre that will play an important part in helping to build a sustainable and prosperous future for the town.
The consultants are now undertaking the first stage of the AAP which involves reviewing background information and the preparation of a Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report.
