The following documents have been submitted in support of the examination of the Eastbourne Plan - Core Strategy and also the Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP). These two planning policy documents will be examined separately. Core Strategy submission documents are denoted with the prefix 'CS' and Town Centre AAP documents have the prefix 'TCAAP'. Correspondence between the Council and the Planning Inspectorate is denoted with the prefix 'L'. Several of the Core Strategy Submission Documents also apply to the Town Centre AAP examination.
The National Planning Policy Framework published on 27 March and Planning Policy for Traveller Sites published on 23 March, by Communities and Local Government, is available to download by clicking on the Other Websites link to the right of this page.
