The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) identifies the key pieces of infrastructure that are required across the Borough in order to deliver the Local Development Framework. The IDP identfies when the infrastructure is needed, who is responsible for its delivery and how it will be funded. This is essential to ensure that the right infrastructure is provided alongside new development identified in the Eastbourne Plan - Core Strategy.
