The Council commissioned Hotel Solutions to undertake an assessment of the future of the hotel and visitor sector in Eastbourne. The purpose of the study is to inform the preparation of the LDF regarding planning policies for the development and retention of the hotel and visitor accommodation sector.
The study also looks to support development control functions in assessing hotel and visitor accommodation planning applications and and inform other actions required by the public sector partners to support the development of the sector.
